Smart Assistant accesses the following data from your Jira instance exclusively to perform the analysis:
No other fields, attachments, comments, or user data are accessed.
The ticket content (summary and description) is sent to the OpenAI API (GPT-4o mini) for analysis. OpenAI processes this data according to their own privacy policy available at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. Smart Assistant does not store, log, or retain any ticket content or analysis results after the response is delivered.
Smart Assistant does not maintain any database or persistent storage of personal data or ticket content. Usage counters (number of analyses performed) are stored locally in the user's browser and contain no personal information.
Ticket content is transmitted to OpenAI servers located in the United States. This transfer is covered by OpenAI's standard contractual clauses in accordance with GDPR Article 46.
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of providing the service requested by the user (GDPR Article 6.1.f), and on the contractual relationship established when installing the app (GDPR Article 6.1.b).
Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and object to processing of your personal data.
