By installing or using Smart Assistant, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Description of the service

Smart Assistant is a Jira plugin that uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4o mini by OpenAI) to analyze bug tickets and generate root cause analysis, proposed solutions, Gherkin test scenarios, and Cucumber step definitions in Java and Python.

2. License

Smart Assistant is licensed on a per-workspace basis. The license is non-transferable and grants you the right to use the plugin within your Jira Cloud instance. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the plugin.

The analysis, solutions, and tests generated by Smart Assistant are produced by an AI model and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated content in your projects.

6. Availability and service changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Smart Assistant. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Francisco Matías Molina Jurado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Smart Assistant, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

8. Intellectual property

Smart Assistant, its code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Francisco Matías Molina Jurado. AI-generated output produced during your use of the service belongs to you, subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Almería, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Smart Assistant after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Atlassian Marketplace listing.
